Dr. Pirrello specializes in several areas of obesity surgery, including Lap-Band, gastric bypass, and vertical sleeve gastrectomy. He completed a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery at the New York Institute of Minimally Invasive Surgery. Dr. Pirrello received his medical degree from New York Medical College before completing his residency at Westchester Medical Center. He is a member of several medical organizations, such as the American Medical Association, the Society of Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgery, and the American Society of Bariatric Surgery.
